Tell us how Sales appeared in your life? Why did you decide to develop in this field?
— Oh, it's like love at first… burnout. I worked as a recruiter, burned out and thought I wanted to try myself in something new. A BDM vacancy just opened in one company, and I decided to try it. It turned out that Sales and I are inseparable now.

What drives you the most in this job? Why?
— People. I get a kick out of communication, acquaintances, stories — and even more so when I can help.

How did you meet EvoTalents? At what point did you feel that it was a match?
— I met EvoTalents while looking for new challenges. I was impressed by their sincerity and openness from the first conversation. And after talking to Olena [Founder] and Yulia [COO], I realized that I wanted to work with this team.

What can you highlight as the coolest/most valuable thing about working with EvoTalents during this time?
— The team = love. Support, freedom in work, and processes that really work. It’s comfortable to be yourself here.

What qualities do you value in colleagues? Why?
— Openness and sincerity. It’s easy to work and joke with such people.

Tell us a little about your responsibilities in the company.
— My task is to find companies that need great specialists, tell them how we can help, and support communication at all stages. I am the person who builds a bridge between the client and our team of recruiters so that everything works smoothly and efficiently.

What professional goals do you currently have for yourself? Where would you like to move this year?
—I want to develop further in Sales, deepen my expertise in working with companies, and together with the team, enter the international market even more actively. The USA is a priority, but we are open to the whole world :)

What challenges have you encountered recently? How did you manage to cope with them?
— Every meeting with a client is like a blind date. But as long as there is honesty and openness, there is a happy ending.

What features can you highlight in Sales, working specifically in an IT recruiting agency?
— This is not about “selling” a service, but about offering a valuable service that will really help businesses fill vacancies. You need to understand both business processes and the specifics of technical roles, be attentive to details and be able to build trust from the first conversation.

What advice would you give to those who would also like to develop in the Sales area?
— Don't be afraid to try! Sales is not about “steaming”, but about “understanding and helping”. And the most important thing is to listen more than to talk (even if you really want to tell how great we work).

Tell us about yourself: what are your hobbies, dreams, personal goals?
— I love gym, yoga and books. I dream of peace in Ukraine. My personal goals — to grow, develop, travel more and not forget to enjoy life.

What does your usual day look like, considering remote work?
— In the morning — coffee, breakfast, time for myrself. Then - work tasks, calls, letters. And in the evening — gym, a walk or just a reboot at home in a blanket.

Do you manage to maintain a work/life balance? What's your secret?
— Honestly? Not always. Sometimes the hand opens work chats by itself in the evening or on weekends. The habit of going out for fresh air or going to the gym in the evening helps — a kind of transition between the "work" and "home" versions of yourself.
