What 2024 was like for the EvoTalents team

2024 was a real breakthrough for EvoTalents. When we set goals in December 2023, they seemed almost unattainable and not entirely realistic. And do you know what conclusion we made by the end of 2024? Goals, like dreams, should be global. After all, opportunities always come where they are expected.

2024 in numbers

The company's turnover grew by 118%. The goal for 2024 was to double the turnover of 2023. We managed to exceed what we planned. Therefore, this year we are looking at financial goals even more ambitiously!

We closed 181% more vacancies than in 2023. 55% of this year's vacancies were with relocation. This was a big challenge for our recruiters and sourcers. However, they did everything to close each vacancy as quickly and efficiently as any other remote role. We are proud!

The average check grew to $7,207, which is 68% more than in 2023.

The average vacancy closing time is 28 days. This number is on the main page of our website, and we do not have to change it every year, because we qualitatively confirm this indicator.

We signed 23 new contracts, meaning we had an average of 2 new clients per month.

The acceptance rate is 88%, and we make an offer to an average of 7 candidates.

Key changes in the team

Our recruiter Julia has risen to the position of Recruitment Lead, successfully completed onboarding and is now taking on a new role, which we congratulate her on!

At the end of the year, Sales Manager Irina joined our team. So now we are ready to process even more leads, make even more calls with potential clients and grow exponentially.

To work with one of the clients, we attracted people on a contract basis to ensure the maximum quality of service. Thus, our team temporarily doubled in size, and it was also a new pleasant experience for us.

Main customer acquisition channels in 2024

The main source of leads were and remains the personal brand of our founder Elena. At the same time, recommendations work very well. We are always happy when potential clients come to us based on recommendations, because this is an indicator of our level of professionalism and trust from past clients.

Marketing, lead generation, the company's social media, website and articles also bring excellent results. Two years ago we implemented these channels, and now they are actively working for us. We plan to invest even more resources in these areas in 2025 as we have set a goal to double the number of leads.

Company development

We have been improving the professional skills of our team through monthly Demo Study meetings for the second year in a row. Everyone chooses webinars, courses or books for themselves and devotes time to them during the month. And then shares new knowledge, which is immediately implemented in work. Thus, we never stand still, following trends in recruiting and deepening our knowledge.

We began to pay more attention to analytics. We implemented internal dashboards that help us see successful actions in the moment, track them, and focus on what really works.

We grew up on social media. We created the company's Instagram from scratch, completely reworking the design and strategy. In addition, we created an AI-sourcer, Eva, who helps us talk about talent search in the reels format. We also continued to actively develop LinkedIn.

Results

2024 was quite a challenging year, but at the same time a year of growth, improvement and new opportunities. The EvoTalents team has already started actively working on the goals and first vacancies for 2025. Thank you to our clients, partners and everyone who helped us make our goals a reality!
