Our client is AdAsia, an international affiliate company that creates products in the field of social dating, entertainment and communications. The main model is working with affiliate partners and scaling traffic through performance channels.
About the role:
As a Content Manager, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of creators. Your goal is to ensure their digital presence remains active, their questions are answered, and their content pipeline never runs dry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize user media on a monthly basis, ensuring all files are high-quality and aligned with brand standards.
- Act as the first line of defense in individual creator chats, answering questions promptly and maintaining a professional, supportive tone.
- Proactively follow up with creators to ensure they submit their required media/assets on time each month.
- Provide clear, accurate information regarding payment cycles, earnings reports, and billing inquiries.
- Review monthly uploads to ensure they meet technical specifications and community guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Content Coordination, or Customer Success.
- Ability to manage up to 500 accounts of creators monthly.
- Good English for communication with the internal team.
- Availability to check in on creator chats and manage media flows on a consistent daily and weekly schedule.
- Basic understanding of digital media formats and online payment ecosystems.

- You can juggle multiple creator accounts simultaneously without letting a single message or file slip through the cracks.
- Comfortable using chat-based support tools, cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox), and basic project management software.
