We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack .NET Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and user-friendly feature enhancements and products.
Our client is a US based company, a recognized leader in the healthcare domain offering Saas-based solutions. The product portfolio addresses the all the digital needs around running clinical trials.
Key responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Designing APIs and building integrations
- Drive engineering from concept to finished product
- Contributions to architectural decisions
Must haves
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Experience leading technical teams (15+ people).
- C#/.NET 10 experience with a strong focus on backend & databases.
- Experience with building high-load applications.
- Experience in designing and building REST APIs.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and database schema design.
- Testing automation culture and experience in writing unit and integration tests.
- Frontend / React.JS experience.
- Upper Intermediate English level.
Nice to have
-
DevOps practices, CI/CD, and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience in data-intensive architectures, ETL, and building data pipelines.
