Our client is a Ukrainian indie gamedev studio creating immersive ARPG projects with deep worlds influenced by Ukrainian mythology. They focus on clear processes and a healthy team culture.
Location: Rivne (City Center Office)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in gamedev.
• Understanding of the gamedev market specifics and the needs of creative teams.
• Experience recruiting IT/gamedev specialists.
• Knowledge of modern HR practices (motivation, onboarding, retention, performance management).
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport with different people.
• Working English proficiency (B2+) for internal documentation and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding specialists (game designers, developers, artists, marketers).
• Building and developing the company’s HR brand (collaboration with media, educational initiatives, events).
• Organizing and supporting new hire adaptation and onboarding.
• Conducting 1:1s, Performance Reviews, collecting and analyzing feedback.
• Building motivation and employee development systems.
• Organizing internal events (team buildings, internal training sessions, corporate events).
• Creating and developing company culture.
• Maintaining HR analytics and reporting.
