About the company:
We are looking Senior AI Integration Engineer for Fintex Inc. is the brainchild of a group of seasoned entrepreneurs who envisioned partnering with wealth management firms to harness technology for tackling business challenges. Their leadership boasts a rich tapestry of experiences, including ideation, building, and launching intricate digital capabilities within Canada's premier financial institutions. The project will focus on Portfolio and Wealth Management, client onboarding, and AI integration with banking.
This is not a role for people who "played with ChatGPT." We need someone who has shipped real AI systems - agents, pipelines, and integrations in production.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build AI agents (autonomous or multi-step workflows)
• Work daily with Claude Code as a core development tool
• Working extensively with Claude Code and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
• Integrating AI into broader tooling ecosystems - APIs, automation pipelines, third-party services, etc.
Requirements:
• Production experience building AI agents (not just demos)
• Deep hands-on work with Claude / Claude Code
• Experience with MCP integrations
• At least one framework from: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI function calling
• Comfortable integrating with REST APIs and external services
• You can show us real code or real systems you've built
