The culture isn’t something people join, it’s something they build and shape. They believe that every person deserves to be heard and empowered. If you’re on the fence about whether you’re a fit, they say go for it. Let’s build something great together. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects - leading and owning the end-to-end delivery, team (hiring, managing, firing), escalations, account management, and growth.

  • Client-Centric Mindset – 8+ years managing executive-level stakeholders, with a track record of retaining and expanding client relationships.
  • Full Lifecycle Team Management – 8+ years leading teams, including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
  • Agile & Distributed Team Expertise – experience working with global, remote, and third-party teams in Agile environments, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
  • Solid Technical Acumen – hands-on experience in software development, quality assurance, or engineering, with the ability to understand technical trade-offs and constraints.
  • Process & Change Management – expertise in managing both legacy system transitions and greenfield product development from scratch.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – ability to identify inefficiencies, anticipate risks, and implement effective solutions with precision.
  • Proven Leadership & Communication Skills – strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted client relationships and drive strategic discussions at all levels.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to travel for business (4-6 weeks per year) to engage with U.S.-based clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement – serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication of project progress, risks, and strategic opportunities. Build long-term relationships to secure retention and growth.
  • Own Delivery & Execution – lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to delivery. Oversee project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and quality control while managing internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Team Management – build, manage, and scale cross-functional technical teams. Drive hiring, performance management, and professional growth while fostering a high-trust, results-driven environment.
  • Decision-Making & Conflict Resolution – act as a trusted escalation point, driving data-backed decisions, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment between teams and clients.
  • Process & Operational Excellence – continuously refine delivery frameworks, introduce best practices, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Business & Account Growth – drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, achieving Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Risk & Quality Management – identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while enforcing high-quality standards. Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization – manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Travel & Engagement – travel up to 4-6 weeks annually for client meetings, business growth opportunities, and internal team alignment.
