Our client is in need of an Director of Global HR

Role overview

As the Director of Global HR, you will lead the evolution of our People function, shaping strategies that drive growth, engagement, and long-term impact. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you’ll elevate HR systems, build scalable processes, and champion a high-performance, values-driven culture across all regions.
You will partner with senior leadership to define global HR strategy, design structures that enable accountability, and foster leadership maturity at every level of the organization. Key responsibilities

  • Develop people strategies aligned to business goals, including performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Create leadership development programs that support managers and high-potential talent across delivery, sales, and operations teams.
  • Champion an inclusive and values-aligned culture by implementing initiatives that improve team satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the implementation of scalable HR systems, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency, ensure data integrity, and support a seamless employee experience.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to managers, providing practical guidance on people-related matters and supporting the development of high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Oversee HR compliance, policy development, and documentation across multiple countries.
  • Use HR metrics and business data to improve decision-making and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the HR team, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
  • Drive efficient use of budget, tools, and systems to support HR scale and quality.
  • Support business expansion by shaping and executing HR strategies that drive successful market entry, cultural integration, and operational alignment.

Must haves

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to the tech or consulting industry
  • 3-5 years in global software consulting/outsourcing environments
  • Proven success leading performance and leadership development programs
  • Strong HR operations knowledge and ability to build compliant, scalable systems
  • Data-savvy: confident working with HR metrics to drive change
  • 2+ years of experience managing HR team members
  • Track record of solving problems and scaling processes from manual to efficient
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills across cultures.
  • High integrity, resilience, and the ability to navigate change and ambiguity

  • Experience scaling from 200 to 500+ employees
  • Exposure to multiple geographies and labor markets
  • Prior success supporting executive teams and working directly with a CEO
