What You’ll Do:
As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the full-cycle design process for a suite of modern web applications within our ERM SaaS ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex accounting and analytics workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences. Your work will directly influence the usability and visual language of our platform across diverse customer segments.
Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across multiple web applications in our platform.
● Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine user flows and interactions.
● Develop and maintain a consistent design system aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
● Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of design specs.
● Advocate for design thinking and a user-first mindset across cross-functional teams.
● Balance needs across B2C, B2B and B2B2C use cases with a scalable and modular approach.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application design.
● Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar tools.
● Deep understanding of responsive and accessible design for SaaS platforms.
● Experience designing complex dashboards, workflows, or enterprise systems.
● Ability to translate abstract requirements into user-centered solutions.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Familiarity with agile product development and design systems.
Nice to Have:
● Experience working in financial or ERP domains.
● Understanding of multi-tenant and modular UI systems.
● Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React/Next.js) and developer workflows.
