About the company:
MD Finance is an international product FinTech company engaged in financial projects in various markets and market segments. Core business areas include online lending, KYC, LaaS (lending software as a service) products and ad tech. All projects were launched and managed by an in-house team. There are offices in Nicosia, Bucharest, Prague, and a co-working space in Kyiv.
You will be responsible for:
● Creating and implementing a referral program
● Ensuring the constant performance of a referral program
● Promoting a referral program via direct communication channels
● Setting up analytics on the program. Main indicators: new deals, CAC.
● Implementation of tools and red flags to protect the program from fra
● Coordination of preparation of all content related to the program
● Support of implementation and changes in the legal part: ‘Terms and Conditions of the Program’
● Program budget planning and monthly cost control
Expected Results:
● Make the referral program a reliable and consistent source of new customers
● Achieve 1,000+ new customers per month from this channel in Romania by the end of 2025
Professional Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in referral programs
● Experience in starting referral program from scratch
● Experience in building a referral program that attracted 1,000+ new users per month
● Experience working in a company with a year-over-year growth of 50% or more
● Proficiency in establishing partnership programs with other bran
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools
● Experience in managing key metrics such as referral transactions, transaction dynamics, cost per referral, ROI, and a strong understanding of the overall economics of referral programs
