Our clients:

Mostly we work with product companies. The most important criteria of a choice of partners for us are values: we won’t work with companies that do not value employees, for example, only for the profit. We help in hiring great-fit people for such companies as iDeals, Wix, Erbis, YouScan, Reface, LetyShops, Gearheart. Now we work with the Ukrainian market, but we’re going to start hiring for our European clients.

Long story short:

  • You’ll have all the support, knowledge, trust, and freedom to implement your ideas within our team.

  • You’ll focus on the Ukrainian market as well as the UK market, working with a target audience that includes Founders, CEOs, COOs, Heads of Recruitment, and Recruitment Leads.

  • You’ll work towards expanding our reach into the UK, European and American markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • You’ll conduct calls with clients to identify their needs, effectively presenting tailored solutions that we can offer to address their business challenges.

  • You’ll attend industry-specific events and conferences to strengthen relationships with current clients and establish new connections for potential collaboration.

  • You’ll successfully close deals, securing new partnerships and maintaining ongoing relationships.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Generation Manager to develop effective lead generation strategies and enhance client relationships.

  • You’ll manage client information and progress in PipeDrive, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organized for optimal workflow.

  • You’ll consistently achieve or exceed your personal sales targets, aiming for 100% or more completion every quarter.

Our expectations:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience, who is eager to learn and grow.

  • Strong sales techniques' knowledge. You understand and effectively apply various sales methodologies to achieve targets.

  • CRM experience, specifically PipeDrive. You have hands-on experience working with CRM systems to manage client data efficiently.

  • Ability to identify and address objections. You are skilled at handling objections in a constructive manner and turning them into opportunities.

  • Creative and flexible thinking. You approach challenges with an open mind and consider multiple solutions to drive results.

  • Persistence and determination. You are resilient, and you stay committed to achieving your goals even in the face of setbacks.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport. You are skilled at establishing connections and fostering trust with clients.

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English. You can easily speak in English.
