We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Data Engineer who will join straighten our data team and take our data infrastructure to the next level.
What you’ll be using
- SQL and Python for data transformations an calculations/extracting data from APIs
- Google Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, for data storage
- Google Pub/Sub for collecting real time data
- Apache Airflow/Composer to orchestrate data pipelines
- Kubernetes and Docker to run data pipelines/serve data products
- Apache Kafka for real time data transformations
- DBT for SQL workflows optimization
- Terraform
As Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving data infrastructure
- Ensuring data quality, security, and integrity
- Implementing and improving efficient data pipelines
- Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other data users to identify opportunities and solve challenges
