Objectives of this role:

Scale adoption of the Logpoint platform all across the client’s complex organizational structure, ensuring awareness, prioritization, and focus from all departments and units

Build and maintain lasting relationships with individual clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs

Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
-
Manage stakeholders’ communication on the client side, between upper management and employees, or across different departments and units

Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
Responsibilities:

Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
-
Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
-
Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing units and new prospects within large customer’s organization
-
Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
-
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
-
Maintain a database of active departments and prospect users within client’s organization
-
Assist with market research for outreach to new prospects
Required skills and qualifications:
-
4+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
-
Fluency in Ukrainian, proficient experience in corporate English communication
-
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
-
Ability to understand client needs and negotiate services scope
-
Significant experience with project management practices such as planning, resource allocation, timeline management, risk management, quality assurance, and reporting. Formal certification (PMP or similar) is preferred

Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems

Ability to travel within Ukraine and, if necessary, abroad
Preferred skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline

Understanding of the cyber security market, tools and practices

Experience overseeing budgets and expenses

Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
