We're currently looking for a Senior Frontend developer/software architect to join their team, someone who can not only handle complex technical tasks but also contribute to project architecture and lead technical initiatives.

What you will do as a Senior Front-end Developer
You will join one of five development teams, Team Sky, consisting of a Team lead, backend and frontend developers, a UX designer, QA, DevOps, and a solution support engineer. Each team handles complex solutions for a few customers, building and maintaining websites, portals, and apps based on their needs. It's all about ongoing development and support for clients. You will be working with the main customer in the banking area. The main directions are Mobile App, Public Website, and customer portal.
As a Senior Front-end developer, you lead strategic planning to transition from monolithic systems to dynamic, composable digital platforms, aligning with customer ambitions. Your expertise ensures the selection of the right tools and software stack for optimal outcomes. With a keen focus on user experience, you drive the creation of engaging interfaces. Your proactive approach keeps the team motivated and focused on achieving the best solutions. You take the initiative to stimulate sharing knowledge within Iquality. Required skills:
· Extended experience with ReactJS/React Native
· Experience with modern Front-End environment (SASS, WebPack, Unit Testing)
· Experience with Git
· Experience with mobile app development
· Experience with Scrum
· Understanding of SDLC in Agile
· Fluent English (C1-C2) is a must
· Experienced with customer facing websites / applications
· Able to oversee the entire solution
· Know how to convey your opinion correctly with your communication skills. You can convince people of your solutions and implement them independently, or together with the scrum team.
· Experience working in complex environments, with a lot of data and where security is extremely important.
Nice to have and be as a plus:
· Experience with Next.js (but knows what it is and why/when to use it)
· Azure DevOps
· Experience with (headless) CMS systems
· Dutch language
