Our client:
Our client is a technology company specializing in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge drones. As a Flight Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology.
Minimal requirements:
- Experience with PX4;
- Ability to setup new airframe and perform filter tuning, PID tuning;
- C++;
- Understanding of control algorithms and ability to modify;
- Work with SITL;
Recommend requirements:
- Experience with vtol;
- Ability to perform real test flights;
- Experience with guidance laws;
The task:
- To write a new airframe for a vtol canard type interceptor in a plus configuration;
- Adjust control algorithms for attitude control in a fixed wing mode;
- Redesign vtol transition;
- Perform successful transition in FW mode and test vehicle stability.
