Requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant sales experience;
- Experience in selling outsourcing / outstaffing services (not "off-the-shelf" products or solutions);

- Experience in managing a team of sales managers.

- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others;

- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions;

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams;

- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work - environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;

- Strong leadership and team-building skills;

- Great communication and presentation skills;

- Expert-level interpersonal skills;

- Ability to accurately forecast sales;

- Leadership skills to manage the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Be tee key person in creating sales, channels and account management strategy to meet company financial goals, drive new sales and leverage domain penetration.

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of 5-10 sales managers, owing team structure and talent development.

- Plan and execute personal sales plans and KPI across the sales pipeline.

- Own customer segmentation, ICP development, pipeline strategy, pitch development, RFP process.

- Implement and manage a full cycle sales process with clients - from lead generation to contract.

- Analyze new market opportunities and develop new sales channels. 

- Drive robust and strategic lead generation to ensure a diversified pipeline, optimize pipeline and cost of deal;

- Reach performance in own sales plan;
