Description:
We are looking for a Node JS / React Native Developer in Ukraine or Europe. This is a remote full-time or half-time job for an international company in Berlin, Germany.
About the project:
Leadersnation is a startup based in Berlin, Germany. With Leadersnation it is our goal to enable business professionals to build stronger and more relevant networks in their field of work. We do so by arranging conversations between business professionals of similar function and experience. The underlying technology is a chat system similar to Slack which serves as the main interface to users (on iOS and Android).
The business logic of intelligently matching users and coordinating meeting time-slots is delivered via a NodeJS backend application running on AWS with Forestadmin (www.forestadmin.com) serving as the admin interface and interacting with the users via the API of the chat application we use (Mattermost). About the team:
Currently, the whole team works remotely and consists of 8 people + 1 Development Agency: 4 lead researchers, 1 business development manager, 1 sales manager, 2 managing directors. 5 people are located in Ukraine and 3 in Germany. This position reports directly to the managing director who is an experienced digital product manager and entrepreneur.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in NodeJS and 1+ year in React Native;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, as all the work will be done and communicated in English.
Benefits:

The main focus will be on building and extending the NodeJS backend application to execute crucial functions such as: Matching users based on multiple criteria, chatbot, and automatic messaging functionality, interacting with the google calendar API to schedule meetings, connecting calling APIs to execute calls.
2. Building and extending the React Native iOS and Android Apps which are based on Mattermost. Including tasks such as: Modifying the interface, changing user flows, adjusting existing plugins, user onboarding, etc...
Our application process contains 3 steps:
1. A 10-15 min interview with Evotalents.
2. A 60 min interview with one of the managing directors.
3. A 30 min interview with another developer.
