Sourcing and technical recruiting are rapidly evolving fields. How can you stay up to date with events and not miss interesting and new materials? The answer is simple: follow thought leaders. Today, I want to share with you a list of ten specialists in the sourcing field who definitely deserve our attention. They regularly write articles about sourcing and news on both LinkedIn and their personal blogs.

Irina Shamaeva

Partner and Chief Sourcer at Brain Gain Recruiting, founder of the Sourcing Certification Program. Irina regularly conducts webinars on sourcing and is a frequent speaker at the international #SOSU conference.

She is also a Co-founder of the sourcing tool Social List.

Irina publishes her articles on both Linkedin and her blog.

Martin Lee

A partner at Brain Gain Recruiting, as well as the Lead Instructor at the Sourcing Certification Program.

Martin is a speaker at various conferences, including #SOSU, and a frequent guest at anti-conferences like #TRUMunity.
