About the company:

We are looking for a visionary, Product-Led Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive our strategic growth, scale our platform architecture and define the product and market strategy for the next stage of growth.
As our CEO, you will own the ultimate vision, strategy, and execution of our existing billing platform transformation. You will lead with a deep product mindset, ensuring our infrastructure remains agile, scalable, and obsessively focused on client value (Time-to-Value). You will bridge the gap between complex financial engineering - billing. payments, revenue operations,, cutting-edge technology, and enterprise-grade commercial execution with external clients and internal projects / merchants.
Responsibilities:
• Product & Tech Strategy (Product-Led Growth)
• Drive Product Vision: Transform the Billing, Payments & Revenue Operations Platform from a transactional engine into an intelligent, data-driven revenue management hub.
• Enable Agility & Hybrid Pricing: Ensure the platform seamlessly supports usage-based (metered) billing, hybrid subscriptions, tiered pricing, and complex mediation.
• Optimize Time-to-Value: Champion a low-code/no-code configuration approach to minimize implementation times and reduce heavy custom engineering for clients.
• Future-Proof with AI: Oversee the integration of AI/ML for automated revenue recognition, anomaly detection, predictive financial analytics, and smart dunning.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Define and execute the global expansion strategy, targeting high-growth SaaS, Telecom, IoT, or Enterprise markets.
• Eco-system Integration: Position the platform as a core component of the client’s modern tech stack, ensuring deep integration with major CRMs, ERPs, and CPQ tools.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build strong alliances with payment gateways, global consulting firms, and system integrators.
• Foster a Product Culture: Align engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams around a unified, customer-centric product roadmap.
• Capital & Governance: Manage investor relations, lead future fundraising rounds, and maintain a healthy, compliant financial structure.
Requirements:
• 7+ years as CEO / COO / CPO in payments, billing, fintech, or subscription SaaS
• Experience managing platform migrations or major product transitions
• Proven track record of scaling a billing or payments product in revenue, merchants, or volume
• Strong operator: sets tasks, drives execution, doesn't wait for instructions
• Can work with a hands-off founder - communicates concisely, manages up independently
• High energy and confidence - you'll work alongside ambitious, strong-willed business owners
• Fluent English
