What Will You Do

  • Take ownership over cross-platform call quality assurance with manual testing

  • Perform manual exploratory and regression testing

  • Help engineering team to understand how they can improve product in general and call quality specifically

  • Assist QA team with putting order into processes, documentation and tools

  • Learn how to automate your manual QA skills

  • Be part of cross-functional “Call experience” team together with software engineers, analysts, domain experts and researchers

  • Participate in LeSS process and Scrum ceremonies

Our Expectations 

  • Highly experienced in cross-platform/cross-browser QA. Our solution is web-based and we don’t have native apps. We need your expertise to make our customers happy, no matter where they are using

  • Good knowledge of testing theory and test design techniques, SDLC/STLC, methods and approaches

  • Experience in creating documentation (test cases, checklists, reports, metrics)

  • Familiar with software development and testing tools: Git, Jira, TestRail, Postman

  • Willingness and motivation to learn Javascript and automation

  • Will be a significant advantage: experience with real-time communication systems and WebRTC framework.
