About you:
A team leader (at least 2 years’ experience) with 3+ years spent hands-on in full-stack development ( + HTML + CSS + Server Solution).
You also have knowledge of at least one framework such as , or , and modern languages such as Typescript and .
Plus, you have hands-on experience in server-side technologies (Java/Scala/.net/C++/Python/Ruby).
You have experience in test-driven development, continuous delivery methodologies and you’re a self-learner, able to see a project through from A to Z.
As a Full-Stack Team Leader, you will:
- Recruit top talented developers to our group.
- Mentor and advise your team in code review, pair-programming and more.
- See the big picture of group tasks in order to make the best decision about priorities.
- Share knowledge in your team and amongst other teams in the group.
- Discover the technical debt and challenges, and assist in solving them.
- Interact with stakeholders outside of the group.
