Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Build and Launch new features for our platform;
- Contribute to technical and business scoping;
- Review the code of other team members;
- Maintain and refactor existing functionality;
- Customer Services Team support.
Requirements:
- You have solid Ruby/Rails stack experience (3+ years);
- You know OOP best practices and algorithms profoundly;
- You deeply understand processes of automated testing and debugging;
- You have experience with SQL or NoSQL databases;
- You have a UNIX environment experience;
- You understand CI/CD practices;
- You are eager to become a better software developer.
As a plus:
- You are familiar with TDD/BDD processes;
- You have experience in building high-load applications;
- You worked with AWS;
- You have a background with data warehousing and reporting architectures.

Stages of the interview:
1. A 10-15 min interview with Evotalents.
2. HR Interview (a call for 30-45 minutes)
3. Technical interview with a team in the office (≈2.5 hours).
