ELEKS is looking for Senior Experience / Web Designer to join Marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design web pages and other materials in accordance with ELEKS brand standards
- Manage graphic design of ELEKS website
- Create materials for corporate web pages, including interactive media, animation etc.
- Develop and execute brand programs that positions ELEKS as an innovative company and helps drive increased sales
- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Create images and designs by using traditional hard skills of drawing and painting, alongside other techniques
- Pitch ideas and concepts to stakeholders inside company
- Collaborates with Management and other stakeholders to determine and define the scope and objectives of assigned marketing campaigns
- Closely cooperate with PR, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition teams in order to create high quality content for website
Mandatory requirements:
- Deep understanding of target audiences’ behavior, needs, tasks and goals and ability to translate them into creative concepts
- Understanding of color theory, typography, grid systems, compositions and photo retouch
- Expert understanding of multimedia design
- Strong design style, including creative design solutions within online and offline digital constraints
- Ability to work in a variety of design applications
- Experience in building files for both print and digital
- Effective communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in web design
- Possess an excellent portfolio of web design works
- Understanding of basic front-end principles
- Excellent knowledge of adaptive design, web typographics
- Experience with digital design Proficiency in Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Bohemian Coding Sketch
- Proven experience in delivering business development presentations
